FPS uses several tools in order to minimize costs and increase efficiency in efforts to pass along savings to our clients. For example, we use a proprietary database reporting tool that significantly reduces report writing time and formatting tasks.

How quickly can you complete prospect or candidate surveys with reports for an account with multiple locations?

Do you have enough engineers to handle the job?

With our small, personal staff, all of whom are owners, we are able to accomplish as much as, or more than, most "large" companies.
- If we do not have enough engineers we will not accept the job.

We use National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. In addition, we can audit according to our client's specifications.

How will our company receive information that FPS gathers at our facilities?

Our loss control reports are published in electronic format using Adobe Acrobat. The survey reports are customized to meet client needs. Insurance drawings are completed in AutoCAD. AutoCAD files can remain in dwg format or can be converted to PDF format in Adobe Acrobat. All reports are transmitted electronically.
